About Us
Where It All Began
Flutter Speech & Literacy Services began with a simple belief: communication is a right, not a privilege.
Meliha Ozluk, SLP, founded Flutter Speech and Literacy Services to provide affordable, high-quality speech and literacy support in the private sector. Drawing on experience delivering therapy both virtually and in person, including with Northern Indigenous communities, she witnessed firsthand the gaps in literacy and language services.
These experiences inspired the creation of a practice that is inclusive, practical, and accessible, designed to meet the needs of clients of all ages. With therapy that is grounded in research and tailored to real-life communication needs, clients are supported to build skills that fit naturally into everyday life. The clinic continues to grow with a commitment to bridging gaps in communication and literacy for every community it serves.
